For the enjoyment of all our guests, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking in the room will result in a $300 cleaning fee. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, and any non-tobacco products.

Your room will be available beginning at 3pm local time. Guests must be checked out by 10am on the day of their departure.

Currently we do not offer breakfast options. However, there are several close options that are absolutely delicious:

Our favorites are Maple Street, Kookaburra for good local coffee, The Roosevelt Room (candied bacon- nuff said), and Starbucks at the Casa Monica for quick snacks. 

Reservations are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of total reservation.

Credit cards that are declined will not result in confirmed reservations.

Discounted Reservations must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made, and are non-refundable.

Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged the remainder of the balance for that reservation. This charge, once initiated, is non-refundable.

Early departures will not be pro-rated

If your stay is cut early due to an issue at the hotel we will definitely work with you. However, if you must leave early due to personal reasons then we will have to charge the entire length of the reserved stay. This is due to those days not being able to be rebooked. 

Our hotel has the modern feature of contactless check-in. We value your privacy during your stay with us. For this reason your room will not be serviced during your stay. Should you need items or if the room needs attention please contact us via phone, text or chat to make arrangements. 

We do not allow pets at this time. Due to the house being a shared space with other guests we can only accommodate trained service animals which must accompany their owner at all times. 

Our hotel mainly serves as a quiet, romantic getaway for couples or those on business. For these reasons, we do not allow children under 14 to stay. 

We have a 15-minute loading and unloading zone to the right of the house. This is a shared space with our neighbors so please be considerate. There is on-street parking on the road in front of the hotel. *Do not park where the curbs are painted yellow. If you cannot find parking around the hotel please let us know. We can help you find a place or direct you to the parking garage just down the road.
